There will be a very auspicious trinal transit of Jupiter to Venus today. This is an exalted Venus aspected By Jupiter, to his own sign of Pisces. This only happens every 4 years or so, when Jupiter is in another water sign.
This auspicious transit makes this a great day for wealth, creativity, love, spirituality, you name it really. Especially teaching will be supported as both Jupiter and Venus are teachers.

Can you give us an idea of what the effects of such a thing would be for people who have both planets as Functional Malefics? In my case, I’m also running a minor Venus dasha, but actively doing remedies for both.

that is a complicated question, each person’s individual chart is different.
This is an auspicious transit regardless of your personal chart though.
